Job summary

Nexi Kraków is seeking a Fraud Monitoring Agent to join a collaborative, international team. The role covers 24/7 monitoring, fraud prevention, and cooperation with banks and partners.

You will analyze transactions, block fraud, and participate in ongoing training through our PayTech University, with a flexible shift schedule including afternoons and nights. This is a hands-on position in a leading European payments company with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) advanced.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7/365 comprehensive fraud monitoring services for CE clients across issuing and acquiring activities.
  • Manage fraud prevention services and configure monitoring rules, including setup, analysis and modification.
  • Manage various fraud monitoring blacklists and whitelists.
  • Monitor and analyse transactions and make fraud-related decisions.
  • Cooperate with Banks, Partners and Local Authorities to resolve fraud-related cases and analyse emerging trends.
  • Perform statistical analysis of registered fraud cases to identify current trends and establish new prevention measures.
  • Block and unblock cards suspected of fraudulent activity or involved in fraud attacks, including geo-blocking, and block suspicious terminals (POS and eCommerce).
  • Identify various types of fraud attacks, including ATM and POS skimming, misuse of lost or stolen cards, counterfeit card fraud and MO/TO transaction fraud.
