Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland, invites an FP&A Team Leader to join the Global Analytics & Insights group. Based in Katowice, you will lead a team of (Sr)financial analysts and oversee forecasting, planning and reporting for corporate functions.

You will drive transformation of FP&A processes, deliver insights to stakeholders, and partner with multiple teams across time zones. Hybrid work model with strong focus on process excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or accounting is required.
• At least five years of experience in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team, including recruitment and development.
• Own forecasting, planning and reporting for the area.
• Provide relevant financial analysis to support decisions.
• Drive process improvement and standardization for efficiency.
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders across levels.
• Monitor task portfolio for centralization and elimination of waste.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from Finance leadership.
