Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Logistics Financial Analyst to ensure financial accuracy and cost transparency across regional logistics operations. You will partner with Finance, Logistics, Tax, and Controllership to support freight audit programs and identify optimization opportunities, reporting to the Supervisor of Global Logistics Performance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA and APAC in a hybrid role based in Katowice, Poland, leveraging SAP, TMS, and Power BI to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience supporting freight audit, transportation finance, logistics operations, or accounts payable.
• Experience with third‑party freight audit providers or freight payment processes.
• Proficient in English.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight audit and payment governance to ensure invoice accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain logistics financial reporting and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with Logistics Operations, Finance, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Controllership for compliance.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities via freight audit providers and spend analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in freight payment processes and carrier billing standards.
