Job summary
Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland, seeks a Finance AI Value Architect to define how Finance measures value from AI, automation, and analytics, and to shape transformation roadmaps and business cases in a hybrid work setting.
You will partner with Finance, Digital Transformation, and Technology to develop value metrics, establish benefit-tracking, and ensure investments yield measurable returns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance domain.
- 3+ years in Finance, Finance Transformation, PMO, Business Analysis, or Value Management.
- Experience developing business cases and ROI assessments.
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and finance automation technologies.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize Finance AI transformation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain business cases, value-realization plans, and benefit-tracking frameworks for AI initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, PMO, and business stakeholders to define value metrics and guide investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and report on expected vs. realized benefits (hard savings, soft savings, cost avoidance).
- Champion the standards, methodologies, and governance for value management across Finance projects.
