Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Analyst to perform technical analysis for financial performance in a hybrid work model, supporting offices in Katowice or Barcelona. You will analyze financial plans, acquisition activity, and operational forecasts.

The ideal candidate has 8 years of relevant experience and a finance-based degree, with a solid command of English.

• Recognized accounting/finance qualification.
• 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English (Written & Spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support for Lifecycle business.
• Preparation of analysis on variances on Topline, Margins, Utilization.
• Review projects to monitor margins on contracts.
• Track actual burden rate compared to planned.
• Review cost center spend and book adjusting entries.
• Perform intercompany recharges monthly.
