Job summary
Rockwell Automation in Katowice is seeking a Logistics Financial Analyst to ensure financial accuracy and cost transparency across regional logistics operations. You will partner with Global Supply Chain teams to support freight audit programs and improve controls in a hybrid role based in Katowice.
The role requires a finance or supply chain background, experience with freight payment processes, SAP, and Power BI, plus strong English skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting freight audit, transport finance, logistics operations or accounts payable.
- Experience with third-party freight audit providers or freight payment processes.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Legal authorization to work in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Lead freight audit and payment governance to ensure invoice accuracy and timely billing resolutions.
- Develop logistics financial reporting, KPIs, and cost analyses to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with Logistics Operations, Finance, Tax, AP and Controllership to ensure compliance.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities via freight audit providers and spend analysis.
- Drive process improvements in freight payment, carrier billing, and controls.
