Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Poland seeks a Supervising Associate for the FP&A Business Analysis team in Wrocław. You will partner with senior finance leaders, deliver financial analysis, planning, and reporting, and support annual budgeting processes.

You will build trusted stakeholder relationships, develop data-driven insights, and design reporting solutions with data scientists and engineers, influencing strategic decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Graduate or professional certification in business-related subject matter (Accounting/Finance).
• 4+ years of finance/business analysis experience with at least 3 years supervisory, analytical, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning/forecasting processes and ensure timely completion of cycles with alignment to Global objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Co-create and implement data-driven solutions with data scientists/engineers.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends and insights for informed decision-making.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with insights and commentary.
• Respond to ad-hoc financial questions to support leadership discussions.
