Panda Drum, a US wellness e-commerce brand, seeks a trusted EA for a founder-focused role. You will own calendars, inbox triage, payments calendars, tool administration, travel, and meeting prep. The role is remote-first, international, with high autonomy and fast-paced decision cycles.

You will interact directly with Marek, the founder, and will be measured by your ability to close loops and ensure promises are kept. Compensation is above market, with travel and development budgets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an EA or similar right-hand role, directly supporting a principal.
• Experience in both structured corporate environments and fast, startup-like settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the founder's calendar and scheduling across CET, US and China time zones.
• Run the payments calendar for contractors and team, ensuring on-time payments.
• Administer tools, subscriptions, and access requests; manage credits and seats.
• Triage inboxes, draft replies, and chase signatures; close loops.
