Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer based in Poland to build AI-powered applications and agentic workflows for real-world client needs.

You will design and deploy AI-enabled solutions, harness engineering for reliability, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-ready software. The role emphasizes customer collaboration and rapid deployment in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production-grade software, preferably with AI-powered apps or autonomous agents.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages used for AI apps and tooling.
• Understanding of infrastructure for AI agents: prompts, tools, memory, permissions, controls, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate ambiguous needs into concrete requirements and architectures.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows.
• Build the harnesses around AI models to ensure reliability, security, and production-readiness.
• Develop agent orchestration patterns using graphs, state machines, and multi-step workflows.
• Instrument systems for observability, debugging, and performance monitoring.
