Job summary

TechTorch is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to build production‑grade AI systems on a solid data foundation. You’ll own data modeling, ETL pipelines, and full‑stack AI applications using Python, FastAPI, and Next.js, with AI agents accelerating delivery.

The role spans client delivery and internal accelerators, with remote work from Poland and ownership of end‑to‑end outcomes. You’ll work in a hands‑on, fast‑moving team, shaping architecture, data foundations, and scalable

Qualifications

• Deep production experience across data engineering and full‑stack development.
• Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and DW/warehouse schemas.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and modern frontend basics (Next.js).
• Hands‑on with SQL, dbt, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks).
• Experience deploying CI/CD and cloud workloads (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with AI tooling and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery through production deployment.
• Design data foundation, schemas, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build full‑stack AI products with Python services and Next.js frontends.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development without compromising quality.
• Architect AI capabilities, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Orchestrate pipelines with Airflow, Dagster/Prefect, Celery, or Temporal.
• Own CI/CD and cloud deployments on AWS and Azure.
• Translate client needs into clear designs and communicate trade‑offs.
