Sii Poland seeks an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with client teams, turning ideas into deployable AI products. You will scope, prototype, and scale LLM-powered solutions while communicating technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.

Expect autonomy, fast iteration, and influence on the AI business unit's strategy. Polish and English fluency and residency in Poland are required.

Formación

• At least 4 years in software engineering with shipping LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).
• Daily use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

Responsabilidades

• Work embedded with client business teams to turn ideas into concrete, buildable product concepts.
• Prototype fast, test with real users, and decide what to scale, pivot, or drop.
• Scope, estimate, and budget projects, including risks and mitigation, and clearly communicate value to clients.
• Build and ship LLM-powered products: assistants, agentic workflows, and integrations with business systems.
• Define success metrics, prioritize by business value, and measure real impact.
• Proactively propose solutions and keep up with new models and tools as the landscape evolves.
• Contribute to the strategy and growth of our AI business unit.
