Sii Poland seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to collaborate with client teams, turning ideas into tangible AI products delivered in weeks. You will scope, prototype, and communicate trade-offs, owning the path from discovery to deployed solutions.

You’ll build with foundation models and tools like Claude, LangChain, and GitHub Copilot, emphasizing speed, real-world impact, and clear business communication.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in software engineering, shipping LLM-based applications that real users rely on.
• Pragmatic Python skills and hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent)
• Daily, practical use of AI software development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• A product mindset: you think in MVPs, user feedback, and measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to business stakeholders
• Experience scoping and estimating software or AI projects, including effort, cost, and risk
• A self‑starter attitude: you take ownership, work with minimal supervision, and learn new technologies fast
• Advanced level of Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Responsabilités

• Work embedded with client business teams to turn their ideas into concrete, buildable product concepts
• Prototype fast, test with real users, and decide what to scale, pivot, or drop
• Scope, estimate, and budget projects, including key risks and how to mitigate them, and clearly communicate to clients what’s worth building and what isn’t
• Build and ship LLM-powered products: assistants, agentic workflows, and integrations with business systems
• Bring a product perspective: define success metrics, prioritize by business value, and measure real impact
• Proactively propose solutions and keep up with new models and tools as the landscape evolves
• Contribute to the strategy and growth of our AI business unit, from service offerings to reusable solutions
