Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Forward‑Deployed AI Architect to embed with enterprise customer engineering teams in Poland. The role focuses on AI-led software delivery, architectural design, and hands‑on development with modern AI tooling. The incumbent will help clients evolve from traditional SDLC to intent‑driven, autonomous delivery loops.

The position requires deep AI fluency, enterprise software experience, and the ability to demonstrate measurable AI outcomes across complex architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in software engineering, architecture or solution architecture with a proven delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with client teams to diagnose bottlenecks and map AI-driven acceleration.
• Design, build, and deliver proofs of concept using modern AI tools and automation frameworks.
• Lead the intent-driven transition toward autonomous delivery loops generating plans, code, tests, and validation artifacts.
• Quantify AI impact with metrics on cycle times, code quality, and testing improvements.
• Present technical approaches and results to engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
