Job summary

Capgemini Polska in Kraków is seeking a Project Management Specialist to coordinate New Product Development projects for a leading FMCG/CPG client. You’ll work with the Senior Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver the full NPD lifecycle from concept to market launch.

You will develop detailed plans in MS Project, monitor schedules and risks, support PMO activities, and promote effective communication across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO or NPD/Innovation projects in FMCG/CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and Stage-Gate/NPD processes.
• Hands-on with MS Project and other PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional NPD projects from concept to market launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Support PMO activities, including governance, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Support portfolio prioritization and resource planning.
