Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive operational excellence across product squads, optimize delivery processes, governance, and documentation, and coordinate with card schemes and issuing partners.

You will translate insights from product, engineering, and data teams into launch-ready initiatives, remove blockers, track KPIs, and steer cross-functional planning to align with the company's strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or other quantitative fields.
• Minimum 2 years in a high-performance environment (fintech, consultancy, investment bank, high-growth tech company).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with debit cards and payments (SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments).
• Experience with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard).
• Ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Deep empathy for customers and commitment to user-centred design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong ownership mentality – proactive and execution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across product squads, governance, and documentation.
• Coordinate with card schemes and payment providers.
• Ensure initiatives are well-defined, compliant, and launch-ready.
• Act as a delivery enabler by removing blockers and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure reliable metrics and dashboards.
• Track performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead planning cadences and maintain momentum across teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost speed and quality.
• Translate insights into future features aligned with the long-term product vision.
