Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an IT Assurance & Compliance professional to own audit readiness, gap assessments, and day-to-day compliance work in a fintech environment.

You will coordinate with tech teams, document evidence, and translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for engineers and senior stakeholders. The role demands independent work, attention to detail, and the ability to drive remediation in multi-jurisdiction contexts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT compliance, IT audit, or information security governance.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or another regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation for IT audits and regulatory reviews.
• Conduct gap assessments against new regulatory requirements and propose remediation plans.
• Act as subject-matter expert for IT compliance and translate requirements for technical teams.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation across IT Assurance activities.
• Review and contribute to IT and Security policies to ensure regulatory alignment.
