Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE is hiring a B2B Sales Manager (Acquiring) with hands-on experience in payment acquiring and merchant acquisition across European markets. The ideal candidate will leverage an existing network of merchants and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to go-live.

The role requires strong negotiating skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to act as the public face of the brand both online and offline. A multi-language background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B fintech sales across Europe.
• Strong network of European merchants and industry contacts.
• Fluent in English and Russian; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire target merchants for acquiring and payment processing.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate deals to meet KPIs.
• Manage CRM pipelines and maintain accurate records.
• Represent the brand at events and online.
• Collect market feedback for product and marketing.
