Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE seeks a Junior+ or Middle DevOps Engineer to build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure powering fintech services across the EU and UK.

You will develop IaC, implement GitOps with ArgoCD, migrate services to Kubernetes, and optimize GitLab-CI pipelines while sharing knowledge with the team. Fluency in English and Russian is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS experience with cloud infrastructure
• Strong IaC skills and Terraform expertise
• CI/CD implementation experience (GitLab-CI preferred)
• Kubernetes-based infrastructure knowledge required
• Experience with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD)
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancers, VPN)
• Linux administration skills
• Fluent in English and Russian

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior+ or Middle DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop infrastructure based on AWS services (EKS, ECR, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and other cloud services)

• Develop, troubleshoot, and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Integrate and manage GitOps setup (ArgoCD)
• Services migration to Kubernetes
• GitLab-CI pipelines configuration, troubleshooting, and further improvement
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and monitoring using Terraform
• Knowledge sharing with less experienced team members

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Proven experience with Terraform and CI/CD solutions, preferably GitLab-CI
• Strong experience with Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge in Helm Charts, ArgoCD
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, Load balancing, VPN
• A solid understanding of how Linux systems work
• Fluency in English and Russian
