Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking a Customer Care Representative fluent in Finnish to support Nordics sales processes via phone, email, and online channels for customers and partners.

You will be the first contact for commercial and logistics questions, handling pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, and managing customer complaints with cross-functional coordination. A Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or related field and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field or commercial education and relevant working experience in a (technical) customer service environment.
• Experience in customer service or call center is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP and CRM (Salesforce) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for commercial and logistics questions from internal and external customers via multiple channels to identify needs and opportunities.
• Assist with pre-sales and after-sales questions (pricing, availability, product selection/substitution, orders, warranties, and logistics).
• Manage customer complaints from registration to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Maintain liaison between customers, technical support, after-sales, and sales teams in the Nordics.
• Proactively collaborate with customers and Supply Chain on order management and follow-up.
• Record all interactions in CRM and create orders in SAP.
• Support and promote new digital tools and projects to customers.
• Act as back-up for other Nordics teams when required.
