Job summary

Schneider Electric Poland is seeking a Customer Care Representative fluent in Finnish to act as the first contact for Nordic customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat from Warsaw and coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and support are delivered seamlessly.

You will use SAP and Salesforce CRM, contribute to process improvements, and support digital tools in a dynamic, multinational environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field or commercial education.
• Excellent communication skills and strong service mindset.
• Experience in call center or customer service is advantageous and a dynamic, changing environment suits you.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for commercial and logistics questions via multiple channels.
• Assist with pre-sales and after-sales inquiries including pricing, availability, and substitutions.
• Register and follow up on customer interactions in the CRM and create orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with sales, technical support, and logistics in Nordic regions.
• Promote new digital tools and projects to customers and support their adoption.
