Job summary

Schneider Electric is recruiting a Customer Care Representative for the Nordics from its Warsaw office. You will handle commercial and logistics inquiries via phone, email, chat, and portals, serving customers and partners across the sales process.

Fluency in English and Finnish is required. You will log contacts in CRM, create SAP orders, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Technical Support to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in a (technical) customer service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and CRM (Salesforce) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for commercial and logistics questions via multiple channels.
• Assist customers with pre-sales and after-sales questions (price, availability, substitution, orders, warranty).
• Register interactions in CRM and create SAP orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
