Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking a Customer Care Representative fluent in Finnish and English to be the frontline contact for commercial and logistics support across Nordic country organizations. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and portals, supporting pre- and post-sale activities and coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to learn quickly about technical and digital concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commercial education with relevant customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for commercial and logistics questions via multiple channels.
• Assist with pre-sales and after-sales inquiries (prices, availability, substitutions, orders, warranties).
• Manage customer complaints from registration to resolution and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams (technical support, after-sales, sales).
• Interact with Supply Chain on order management and follow-up.
• Record all interactions in CRM and create SAP orders.
• Support new digital tools and projects and promote them to customers.
• Act as back-up for other Nordics teams when required.
