Job summary

HSBC in Poland is seeking a QA professional to ensure the accurate completion of quality assurance reviews in line with the Global QA Instructions for FC Investigations. You will contribute to the effective, sustainable day-to-day execution of the FC Investigations QA process.

You’ll analyze information, produce recommendations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations. The role supports collaboration with diverse teams in a regulated environment and offers a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of AML, Sanctions and financial crime regulations.
• Experience with financial crime investigations, preferably Investigative Reporting.
• Strong communication skills and a numerate, detail‑oriented approach.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, operations, and relevant laws/regulations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders under pressure.
• Experience delivering in a turn‑around time driven environment.
• Collaborative by nature and compliant with processes.
• Persistence to follow up on quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete QA reviews per FC Investigations QA Instructions and escalate identified issues as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely QA output and MI-ready documentation.
• Analyze information to develop improvement recommendations and report gaps to management.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable regulations and internal policy changes.
• Work independently or in teams, sharing best practices and self‑development.
• Provide feedback to management to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain HSBC control standards and comply with auditors/regulators.
• Highlight opportunities to improve or simplify processes.
