Job summary

Asseco SEE HQ in Warsaw invites an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. You will contribute to development and delivery of regular management reporting for ASEE Group (Asseco SEE and Payten) and provide high-quality management information, including forecasts and budgets.

You will grow into a key user of our group reporting system, CCH Tagetik, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting and statutory consolidation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial controlling in multinational environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik or similar reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of complex reporting structures including budgeting and analysis.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data for management reporting, validate data quality and deviations from budget.
• Act as Key User of financial reporting system (CCH Tagetik) and manage dimensions/access rights.
• Create reports and ad-hoc analyses in CCH Tagetik.
• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Support preparation and reconsolidation of statutory financial statements.
• Report directly to Senior Financial Controller.
