Job summary

Synerta Personnel is seeking a Finance Controller in the Warsaw area, Poland. The role offers 12,000 PLN/month plus a yearly performance bonus and a home office option.

You will collect and analyze controlling data, provide clear P&L views, manage Actuals/Forecast/Budget reporting, and support external auditors. Requires 2–3 years in a similar role and university education, preferably in economics/accounting/auditing.

Qualifications

• University education or extensive field experience.
• Preferably economics/accounting/auditing.
• 2–3 years in a similar role (financial controller/analyst).
• Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
• Polish language at B2 and English at B2 (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Collect and process controlling data.
• Provide a clear P&L picture of revenues, costs and profitability.
• Control input of data on invoices in workflow.
• Administer Actuals, Forecast and Budget reporting.
• Prepare reports for HQ/cluster and inputs for external auditors.
• Undertake ad-hoc analyses and business cases.
