Responsibilities include preparing actual vs. budget reports, enhancing reporting processes, and maintaining systems like Tableau and Tagetik. English fluency and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management control, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, or management accounting.
• Experience in asset management or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Tagetik is preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly expense reports by cost centers and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze and report financial performance across divisions including Sales, Investment, HR, and Finance.
• Prepare reports comparing actual performance to budgets and identify variances.
• Reconcile management accounting data with HR and consolidated results for accuracy.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a point of contact for divisional heads, providing insights on financial matters.
• Participate in updating the global cost center structure with HR and finance teams.
• Improve reporting processes and tools, optimizing Tableau and Tagetik usage.
• Assist in data preparation for benchmarking studies.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
