Job summary

WeSub SA is seeking a financial analyst to join the team in Poland. You will prepare analyses to support the Management Board, identify opportunities, and assess profitability across products and projects. The role involves budgeting, forecasting and creating tailored management reports, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and improving reporting efficiency.

The position offers hybrid work (3 days in the office) and opportunities to influence processes within the WeSub Group.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting or management accounting.
• Excellent Excel skills with ability to analyse data efficiently.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Analytical thinking, curiosity and ability to spot correlations and anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and business analyses to support decisions by the Management Board and senior management.
• Identify key trends, risks and opportunities and formulate recommendations.
• Analyse profitability of products, customers, projects and areas; assess performance.
• Monitor budget execution, analyse variances and support targeted results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop management reporting and analytical tools for business needs.
• Collaborate with managers to interpret results and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Streamline controlling processes, automate reporting and improve efficiency.
• Work directly with the CFO and Management Board on results and financial processes.
