Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting/controlling experience, ideally in multinational environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing audits and complex reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for Addepto.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Manage day-to-day cash flow and banking relationships.
