Job summary

Xebia’s Finance team in Wroclaw is seeking a Financial Controller to join our growing organisation. You will own management reporting, budgeting, and financial controlling processes, gaining visibility into how a fast-growing, global technology consulting business is run financially.

You will manage profitability, utilization, and margin for service lines, build reporting models in Excel and BI tools, and partner with the Accounting team during month-end close to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial controlling or FP&A.
• Experience in services/project controlling in IT/consulting.
• Advanced MS Excel; BI/SQL tool experience.
• Fluency in English; Polish fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Hybrid work capability at Wroclaw office.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly management reporting and prepare inputs for business reviews with Group leadership.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis.
• Participate in cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Build and improve reporting models and dashboards in Excel and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close for data accuracy.
• Track KPIs and assist in introducing new financial tools and systems.
• Design and rollout a new financial reporting system.
• Align regional reporting with Group requirements and timelines.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for Head of Financial Controlling and senior management.
• Drive end-to-end improvements to Controlling processes.
