Job summary

Bravo Portugal is launching its first Poland market from Warsaw. We search Financial Consultants to build the Polish operation, starting with a ~3-month training in Lisbon.

You will evaluate debt scenarios, craft tailored restructuring plans, and present them clearly to clients. The role requires Polish fluency and willingness to relocate for training.

Qualifications

• Polish at native or C2 level; every client conversation is in Polish.
• English or Spanish at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for training.
• Legal ability to be employed in Poland.
• Experience in financial intermediation, banking, insurance or credit advisory is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for people carrying debt they can no longer manage
• Profile each client: income, obligations, creditors, real capacity to pay
• Build a financial analysis and design a debt restructuring plan tailored to their situation
• Present that plan clearly and honestly, and handle the objections that come with a decision this serious
• Close the sale and meet individual commercial targets
• Feed back what you learn from the market so we build the Polish operation correctly
• Polish at native or C2 level. Every client conversation is in Polish. There are no exceptions to this.
• Legal ability to be employed in Poland

Financial Consultant – Debt Resolution (Warsaw, Poland)

Bravo is an international debt resolution company operating in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. Poland is our seventh market, and we are hiring the first cohort of Financial Consultants who will build it from the ground up in Warsaw.

Training in Portugal, career in Poland

Your first ~3 months are spent in Lisbon, training alongside the teams that built our other markets. You will learn our methodology from the people who created it, not from a manual.

Bravo covers flights, accommodation and daily allowances. This is a formal business posting (delegacja) under your Polish employment contract from day one — you are employed in Poland, paid in Poland, and you return to Warsaw to open the market.

This applies equally to candidates already living in Portugal who want to return to Poland.

What you will do

• English or Spanish at B2 level or above. Training, systems and your international colleagues work in these languages. Polish alone is not enough for this role.
• Availability to relocate to Lisbon for the training period.
• Experience is welcome, not required. If you have worked in financial intermediation, banking, insurance or credit advisory, that will help you move faster. If you have not, what matters is a real appetite for sales and the discipline to learn. We teach the product, the methodology and the market — we do not teach hunger.
