Qualifications

• Способность оценивать стоимость, риски и требуется turnaround
• Опыт ведения повторяющегося финансового процесса от начала до конца
• Готовность экспериментировать с ИИ как ключевым навыком
• Умение работать по overlapping с часовыми поясами США и Сингапура
• Приветствуется: реструктуризация, 13-недельные прогнозы cash flow, анализ ликвидности, отчётность заемщика, distressed M&A
• CFA, ACCA или CIMA (пройденные или в процессе)
• Практическое использование ИИ-инструментов Claude, ChatGPT или Copilot

Responsibilities

• Определять объём финансовых рабочих процессов заказчика и переводить их в понятные спецификации (шаги, вводимые данные, выводы, правила, крайние ситуации, критерии успеха)
• Использовать ИИ-инструменты для анализа финансовых данных по кредитам, акциям и портфелям; выявлять возможности, mispricing и признаки stressed
• Выступать как финансовый эксперт в командных поставках, информировать инженеров, проверять их работу и обеспечивать финансовую точность
• Проверять анализы ИИ, писать тест-кейсы, выявлять точки отказа и поддерживать качество на уровне старшего ревьюера
• Писать правила, шаблоны и рабочие примеры для ИИ, превращая каждую поставку в повторяемые playbooks
• Участвовать в создании европейского офиса и управлении его ростом от нуля до единицы

The company builds AI systems for investment firms, applying AI to workflows in investment and wealth management. Its work includes valuations, financial restructuring, distressed debt workouts, and risk analytics.

Задачи:

• Scope clients’ finance workflows and translate them into clear, buildable specifications, including steps, inputs, outputs, rules, edge cases, and success criteria;
• Use AI tools to analyze financial data across credit, equity, and portfolio positions; identify opportunities, mispricing, and early signs of distress, and assess whether signals are valid;
• Serve as the finance expert on delivery teams, brief engineers, review their work, and ensure financial accuracy;
• Check AI-generated analysis, build test cases, identify failure points, and maintain the quality expected of a senior reviewer;
• Write rules, templates, and worked examples for AI, and turn each delivery into reusable playbooks;
• Contribute to building the Europe office and managing its growth from zero to one.

Требования:

• 6–8 Years of experience in a relevant finance role; Relevant backgrounds include restructuring, turnaround or special situations; valuation, equity or credit research; investment analysis or portfolio monitoring at a fund or asset manager; transaction services or financial due diligence at a Big 4 or advisory firm; fund administration, fund accounting or wealth management portfolio analysis;
• Ability to assess a company or position’s value, risks, and potential turnaround requirements;
• Experience running a recurring finance process end to end and understanding where it breaks;
• Actively experimenting with AI and interested in making it a core skill;
• Comfortable with some overlap with US and Singapore working hours and able to travel to the US when needed;
• Interested in building from scratch, working with a fast-moving team, and focusing on impact rather than bureaucracy;
• Nice to have: restructuring-adjacent work such as 13-week cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, lender reporting, covenant reviews or distressed M&A; CFA, ACCA or CIMA (passed or in progress); hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.
