Job summary

Chicago Atlantic in Warsaw seeks an experienced finance professional to scaffold AI-driven workflows for valuations, risk, and client reporting. You will collaborate with AI engineers and clients, ensuring finance is correctly represented in automation, while contributing to building our Europe office.

You will work across time zones with US clients and travel as needed, bringing deep valuation judgment and end-to-end process experience to drive rapid, high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years in a relevant finance role.
• Restructuring, turnaround or special situations experience.
• Valuation, equity or credit research background.
• End-to-end finance process experience.
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones.
• Interest in applying AI to finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Scope workflows with clients and translate into a clear, buildable spec.
• Find value and risk by mining financial data across credits, equities and portfolios.
• Deliver with the AI engineering team; act as the finance expert on the delivery team.
• Own output quality; build test cases and maintain senior-review standards.
• Encode domain knowledge; write rules and playbooks for automation.
• Build our Europe Office and help grow it from zero to one.
