Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Установление лучших практик для разработки ПО с использованием искусственного интеллекта, включая кодинг, тестирование и рабочие процессы.
• Разработка прототипов и концепций, предоставление экспертной AI-экспертизы в финансовом секторе и разработке ПО.
• Выступление в роли эксперта и доверенного советника для инженерных команд, применяющих ИИ.
• Оценка новых AI-технологий, инструментов и моделей, релевантных разработке ПО.
• Сотрудничество с архитекторами, платформенными инженерами, разработчиками и внешними партнёрами для выявления возможностей внедрения ИИ.
• Распространение знаний через тренинги, демонстрации, сообщества практики и технические руководства.

BEC’s AI Hub drives AI adoption across the organization and transforms how software is developed, delivered, and operated. The team works with engineering teams, architects, and technology partners to apply emerging AI technologies where they create real business value, including within financial products.

Задачи

• Establish best practices for AI-assisted software development, including coding, testing, and engineering workflows;
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept and provide AI subject-matter expertise across financial services, software development, and internal processes;
• Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to engineering teams adopting AI;
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and models relevant to software engineering;
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, developers, and external technology partners to identify opportunities for AI adoption;
• Share knowledge through training, demos, communities of practice, and technical guidance.

Требования

• Extensive experience as a software engineer, software architect, or in a similar senior technical role;
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and AI-assisted software development;
• Experience using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI engineering platforms;
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC, and modern development workflows;
• Curiosity and passion for experimenting with emerging technologies and sharing knowledge;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and service-oriented mindset;
• A curious and open nature with a desire to share knowledge;
• Nice to have: Experience training, fine-tuning, or evaluating AI models, experience with AI harnesses, evaluation frameworks, or benchmarking approaches, experience with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, or Anthropic technologies, experience with Python or Java, knowledge of agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows, experience in highly regulated environments such as financial services, familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and emerging AI regulations.
