Job summary

Enfint ищет опытного руководителя IT-операций, чтобы возглавить мониторинг и оптимизацию инфраструктуры AI. Вы будете управлять intake AI-агентов, поддерживать портфель автоматизаций и обеспечивать безопасность и доступность сервисов.

Требуется опыт работы с Azure, Copilot Studio, MCP и интеграциями API; ответственность за внедрение процессов, наставничество и сотрудничество с бизнес-едами.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в IT-операциях.
• Опыт руководства и управления IT-инфраструктурой и сервисами.
• Опыт мониторинга производительности систем и устранения проблем.
• Опыт работы с сервисами Microsoft Azure, включая Azure AI Foundry и Azure Policies.
• Практический опыт Copilot Studio или подобных оркестрационных платформ.
• Понимание настройки, мониторинга и обслуживания AI-инструментов в масштабе.
• Знание MCP (Model Context Protocol) или паттернов интеграции API.
• Знание принципов мониторинга, инцидент-менеджмента, доступности, контроля затрат и надежности сервиса.

Responsibilities

• Контролировать мониторинг, управление и оптимизацию IT-инфраструктуры и сервисов AI.
• Вести intake AI-агентов и автоматизаций в управляемую инфраструктуру.
• Поддерживать портфель AI-агентов, включая контроль затрат, надежность, мониторинг и решение сложных проблем.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать коннекторы для эффективного использования AI-инструментов.
• Разрабатывать IT-операционные процессы в области Enterprise AI для эффективной работы и устранения инцидентов.
• Сопровождать переход рутинных задач в OPS-центр.
• Обеспечивать соответствие AI-инфраструктуры и инструментов политик безопасности.
• Внедрять и поддерживать guardrails, такие как Azure Policies и руководящие принципы Copilot Studio.
• Сотрудничать с бизнес-подразделениями и командой Enablement.
• Руководить диагностикой и устранением сложных IT-операционных проблем.
• Наставлять младших специалистов по IT-операциям.

• Lead the monitoring, management, and optimization of AI-related IT infrastructure and services to ensure high performance, security, and availability
• Own the intake of AI agents and automations into managed infrastructure
• Maintain the portfolio of AI agents and automations, including cost control, reliability, monitoring, and resolution of complex issues
• Build and maintain connectors for effective use of AI tools across the organization
• Develop and implement IT operational processes in the Enterprise AI area for efficient operations and incident resolution
• Support the transition of routine tasks to the Operations Center
• Maintain compliance of AI-related infrastructure and tools with security policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Implement and maintain guardrails such as Azure Policies and Copilot Studio guidelines
• Collaborate with business units and the AI Enablement team across teams and business functions
• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex IT operational issues
• Coach and mentor junior IT operations specialists
• Advance ongoing improvements in IT operations

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in IT operations
• Experience leading and managing IT infrastructure and services
• Experience monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Policies
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration platforms
• Understanding of configuring, monitoring, and maintaining AI tools at scale
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or API integration patterns
• Solid understanding of monitoring, incident management, availability, cost control, and service reliability
• Experience with AI agent lifecycle management, from intake and onboarding through monitoring and decommissioning
• Experience working across security and compliance boundaries
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, business, and enablement teams
• Understanding of AI governance frameworks and practical implementation of guardrails
• Experience with AI governance frameworks
