Job summary

Euronet Payments Infrastructure is seeking a finance-focused professional to join our Warsaw team. You will participate in reporting, controlling, and month-end close while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities across the business.

In this role, you will analyze variances, provide timely performance insights, and partner with country management and sales teams. The position offers a hybrid work setup, with international exposure and strong career prospects within a multinational

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Experience in multinational organization or audit firm is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of accounting systems.
• Excellent Polish and English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the company’s reporting and controlling process.
• Support financial team in achieving company goals and objectives.
• Active participation in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting activities.
• Provide accurate insights by analyzing variances and monthly performance reports.
• Ad hoc analysis.
• Business partnership with country management and sales teams.
• Participate in finance projects.
• Develop and execute analytical tools and forecasting models.
• Initiate efficiency opportunities.
• Contribute to financial and internal audit.
