Euronet group is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our Project Delivery Europe Team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will support Payments-related projects across Europe and be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery while developing strong stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a robust background in system configuration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in both English and Polish. Euronet offers a dynamic environment and multiple benefits that support career growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support Business Analyst to define business needs, processes and system requirements
• Translate functional specification into solution through integrations and setup
• Provide work estimates and technical plan for configuration and QA work
• Configure the system to meet requirements
• Document all configuration work and support Change Management process
• Investigate for best solutions based on requirements and gap analysis
• Liaise with Development for any enhancement requests or bug fixing
• Perform handover and conduct training to end users

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in system configuration as well as good QA background
• Experience in Financial/Fintech/Banking/EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) industry will be an advantage
• Hands on experience in any database (SQL, MSSQL, RDBMS or Non-Relation Databases)
• Good knowledge of Linux and XML
• Excellent computer skills and easy adoption of new software and technologies
• Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken
• Analytical and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to work in nationally and geographically diversified teams
