Job summary

Euronet Payments Infrastructure in Warsaw is seeking a new team member for the Project Delivery Team, focused on the Implementation process. You will translate requirements into configured solutions and collaborate with Development and Business Analysts to meet business needs.

Fresh IT graduates or professionals with financial/fintech exposure are welcome. You will gain hands-on experience with databases, Linux, XML, and various integration projects, while enjoying extensive training and

• Fresh graduates from IT or technical education with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in finance/fintech/banking would be a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL and databases; basic Linux and XML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Analyst to define business needs, processes and system requirements.
• Design solutions based on requirements, functional specifications and gap analysis.
• Translate functional specification into solution through integrations and setup.
• Provide work estimates and technical plan for configuration and QA work.
• Configure the system to meet requirements.
• Document all configuration work and support Change Management process.
• Liaise with Development for enhancements or bug fixes.
• Perform handover and conduct training to end users.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• If experienced, preferably coming from Financial/Fintech/Banking/EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) industry
• Hands on experience in any database (SQL, RDBMS or Non-Relation Databases)
• Basic knowledge of Linux and XML
• Excellent computer skills and easy adoption of new software and technologies
• Fluent English and Polish
• Analytical and time management skills
