Revvity in Krakow is seeking a Financial Accountant to support financial operations for our manufacturing entity. You will contribute to accurate reporting, budgeting, and profitability analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficient month-end close.

The role emphasizes SAP-based processes, strong Excel modeling, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a dynamic health sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including statutory sales analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and inventory file analysis.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including expense allocations and cost center reporting.
• Support statutory filings such as VAT, intrastat, and audit documentation, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Aid in annual budgeting, capital expenditure review, and profitability assessments.
• Maintain documentation and support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance.
