Job summary

Revvity is seeking a Financial Accountant with German language skills to join our Krakow finance team. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, manage general ledger activities, and assist with budgeting and statutory filings.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on ERP and advanced Excel capabilities. Fluent German is essential. Hybrid work arrangements are available in Krakow or Wrocław.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Fluent German.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including statutory sales analysis in Switzerland.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and inventory file analysis.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including expense allocations and cost center reporting.
• Support statutory filings such as VAT, intrastat, and audit documentation, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Aid in annual budgeting, capital expenditure review, and profitability assessments.
• Maintain documentation and support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance.
