Revvity is seeking a dedicated Assistant Controller to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis for our manufacturing entity based in Groningen, Netherlands. The role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to our mission of advancing human health through life sciences and diagnostics.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including statutory sales analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and inventory file analysis.
• Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, including expense allocations and cost center reporting.
• Support statutory filings such as VAT, Intrastat, and audit documentation, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Aid in annual budgeting, capital expenditure review, and profitability assessments.
• Maintain documentation and support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Progress toward or holding a CPA certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
