Accenture Poland is seeking a senior Finance Transformation leader to drive large-scale global programs. You will partner with CFOs to define strategies, redesign operating models, and realize measurable business value across OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance Transformation or related fields.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs across global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, Treasury processes.
• Ability to connect Finance processes, data, and technology across ERP vs specialist platforms.
• Experience with AI and intelligent automation in Finance.
• Proven track record in executive relationships and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Finance Transformation programs for global organizations with CFO engagement.
• Drive end-to-end Finance process transformations (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, Treasury).
• Advise on operating model redesign, automation and AI adoption.
• Lead CFO target operating model and governance frameworks for transformations.
• Oversee engagements from assessment to value realization and change management.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and GBS Leaders.
• Mentor consulting teams and develop reusable transformation assets.
