Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Finance Change Manager to lead a dedicated Finance Change Team and drive transformation initiatives across 18 international markets.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and Business units to deliver complex changes on time and within scope. The role requires strong project and stakeholder management, plus excellent communication in English (C1). Prior ERP and procurement system experience is a plus, and the successful candidate will inspire high-performing

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance transformation, business change, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Previous people management experience and a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across Finance, IT, and Business functions.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, and drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (C1 level).
• Experience with ERP transformation, procurement systems, or finance technology projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support the Finance Change Team.
• Drive finance transformation projects and system implementations across 18 international markets.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to deliver complex change initiatives.
• Challenge assumptions, facilitate decision-making, and provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and delivery readiness.
