Job summary

NN Group in Poland is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption, automation and data modernization over a 2-3 year program. You will collaborate with the CFO and senior leaders to redefine how Finance delivers value and enables better decisions.

You will lead cross-functional transformation programmes, design target operating models, govern programmes and realise sustainable business value, with emphasis on governance and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Finance Transformation or Business Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Finance operating models, governance and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the Future Finance strategy with the CFO and lead the delivery of the finance transformation roadmap.
• Drive process optimization, automation, data management and AI adoption across the Finance function.
• Design and implement target operating models, governance structures and effective ways of working.
• Lead Finance technology and data transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation and data platform migration.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Technology and business to ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives.
• Establish governance, programme management and benefits tracking mechanisms to realise sustainable business value.

Finance Transformation Lead

Be a supporter of change as a Finance Transformation Lead in Poland. In this unique 2-3 year assignment, you will help redefine the future of Finance at NN by driving AI adoption, automation, data transformation and technology modernization. Working directly with the CFO and senior leaders, you will shape how Finance delivers value, enables better decisions and supports sustainable business growth.

Your impact at NN: what you will do

As Finance Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the Finance function into a more efficient, scalable and data-driven organization. You will translate strategic ambitions into concrete initiatives and lead complex transformation programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes. By combining business insight, technology expertise and change leadership, you will help shape the future Finance operating model at NN.

Key responsibilities:

• Co-create the Future Finance strategy with the CFO and lead the delivery of the Finance transformation roadmap.

Who you are

• Proven experience in Finance Transformation, Business Transformation or large-scale operating model redesign.




• Strong understanding of Finance operating models, financial processes, governance frameworks and control environments.




• Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes.




• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.




• Strong programme and project management capabilities, including governance, risk management and benefits realization.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance industry or broader financial services sector.




• International experience and exposure to multicultural environments.




• Experience with ERP implementations, preferably SAP, and Finance data platforms.
