Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of finance technology across multiple international markets. You will own the finance systems landscape, drive governance, and ensure regulatory alignment while guiding regional and global transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and coordinate internal teams and external partners, balancing global standards with local compliance, to deliver integrated finance solutions across borders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance technology with leadership experience.
• Hands-on SAP consultant experience.
• Expertise in multi-currency, taxation, period-end closing, statutory reporting.
• Fluent English with strong communication to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the finance technology roadmap across international operations.
• Design and optimize core financial processes ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead regional/global transformation programs and manage external partners.
• Mentor high-performing teams and coordinate external providers.
