Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to shape the finance technology landscape across international markets, driving a modern finance systems footprint with strong governance and regulatory alignment.

You will lead global transformation initiatives, develop and mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end financial solutions that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology, including hands-on SAP consultancy.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability, consistency, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement via automation, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and standardization.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives including system enhancements and deployments.
• Build, mentor, and coordinate high-performing teams and external partners.
