Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking a Business Finance Data, AI & Automation Lead to transform how the finance function uses data, AI, and automation to drive value and decisions.

You will bridge Finance stakeholders, Data Experts, and Technology teams to ensure trusted data, scalable solutions, and governance while accelerating AI adoption across Business Finance. Hybrid work and strong development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data, BI, analytics, or finance transformation.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data sources, data modelling, and data pipelines.
• Experience in a complex, international, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Business Finance roadmap for reporting, datasets, AI initiatives, and automation.
• Manage and prioritize the portfolio of reporting and AI requests.
• Gather, challenge, and refine business requirements to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Process Experts, Data Analysts, IT teams, and Data Platform Owners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure Business Finance teams have access to reliable, reconciled data for reporting, analytics.
• Establish and promote effective data governance and data standards.
