Sii Poland is seeking a strategic finance technology leader to shape the global finance technology landscape across markets. You will own the roadmap, manage governance, and drive cross-functional programs to deliver integrated, compliant finance solutions.

Lead diverse teams, manage SAP-driven initiatives, and partner with global stakeholders to balance standards with local needs. This role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance technology experience including hands-on SAP consultancy and leadership roles
• Experience with enterprise finance functions: F&A, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing
• Strong ability to align global standards with local regulatory and business requirements
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs and governance across regions

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards and governance across international operations
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes ensuring scalability and regulatory compliance
• Drive automation, digital innovation, data-driven decisions, and process standardization
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk and tech teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Manage regional/global transformation initiatives including system enhancements and adoption
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams while coordinating external partners
