Job summary

BeiGene, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for Finance Technology Solutions in Warsaw. This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of finance technology initiatives supporting core processes including Record-to-Report and Cash Management.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, coordinate implementations and enhancements for platforms like SAP Finance, and ensure project delivery meets budget and timelines. A hybrid work model is in place, allowing for flexible remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology project management experience delivering enterprise solutions.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project/program certification required.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Finance Technology initiatives.
• Manage delivery partners and vendors' SOW milestones.
• Coordinate testing activities and oversee deployment readiness.
