Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow seeks an experienced Finance Team Manager to lead a team of accounting professionals responsible for accounting-to-reporting, statutory and tax reporting. You will play a key role in shaping the A2R strategy and driving complex projects within the GBS Krakow organization.

You will collaborate with Finance Directors, Controllers, HQ and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting, strong internal controls and continuous improvements, while developing your team and

Qualifications

8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including financial controlling, statutory financial statements and tax reporting.
Strong knowledge of International Accounting Standards and taxation, with a university degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing and developing teams of finance professionals and managing senior stakeholders.
Experience working with SAP, BW/BI and MS Office.
Strong English skills (C1).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of around 10 finance professionals, including Financial Controllers and Chief Accountants.
Ensure high-quality accounting-to-reporting processes, including financial, statutory and tax reporting.
Shape and execute the A2R strategy while driving complex projects and transformation initiatives.
Partner with Finance Directors, Controllers and HQ to ensure compliance and robust internal controls.
