As Finance Team Manager you will lead a team of experienced finance professionals and take responsibility for the effective delivery of accounting-to-reporting processes, including financial, statutory and tax reporting. You will play an important role in shaping and executing the A2R strategy, while driving complex projects, improvements and transformation initiatives.
You will partner with Finance Directors, Controllers, HQ, GBS Functional Managers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting, compliance and effective internal controls. At the same time, you will develop your team, improve ways of working and contribute to the wider GBS strategy, giving you an opportunity to make an impact beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
As our Finance Team Manager, you will lead a team of around 10 finance professionals, including Financial Controllers and Chief Accountants.
The team is part of the A2R department in GBS Krakow, responsible for accounting as well as group, statutory and tax reporting processes for selected entities . You will work across teams, processes, systems and functions, helping us strengthen collaboration and continuously improve how we operate.

You bring solid finance and accounting expertise combined with proven experience in leading experienced professionals. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- At least 8 years of combined accounting and finance experience, including experience in financial controlling, statutory financial statements and direct/indirect tax reporting.
- Strong knowledge of International Accounting Standards and taxation, supported by a university degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing and developing effective teams of experienced finance professionals and managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with SAP, BW/BI and MS Office.
- Strong English skills (C1)

Annual base salary range:246 000 - 338 360 PLN gross.
